Highlights of Vietnam so far
Ho Chi MinhI'm loving every bit of this vacation. So far, the highlights are peeing along a very busy street. Apparently, it's what the locals do. Another one is the lover's lane. It is a street of motorbikes and scooters exclusive to only lovers. One of the best would Saigon's "Hard Rock." It is actually a rip-off rather than the real thing. We knew that of course, but we wanted to know how shady it could get. IT'S SHADY all right. I think it was more of a whore house than anything. We saw men going up to a very secretive stairway with women. I'm not sure what they do upstairs but can you guess? My best time would be tonight so far. New year's (eve), it was awesome. We danced on the stage of an open street. Got the locals drunk and chilled with the rest of the crazy Vietnamese. Happy 2007 everyone.

sounds cool!! hope you had a safe trip back and happy new year!! yeah, that kotatsu scenario was me last year too but like a different story this year... nah its hardly cold and i cannot sleep i am too excited about the coming year! not even sure why! china was awesome, hardly cold either. see you at some point i expect if u pass through the furthest city of yamaguchi again!!or to fukuoka, city of fun.
